Product Guarantee
Wilsonart undertkes for a period of 3 years from date of manufacture to offer a specific performance guarantee for any worktop that can be shown to have failed by reason of defects of manufacture only, that is subject to fair wear and tear, provided the worktop is installed and used in accordance with the Resopal care leaflet instructions and the products are properly used for their intended purpose.
High Gloss worktops are not included in this guarantee for their surface performance.
Laminates are produced to a predetermined colour tolerance, however slight variations may occur. All worktops should be thoroughly checked for colour match prior to cutting and installation.
High Gloss laminates are more prone to scratching than textures and therefore require extra care and attention during fabrication, installation and use.
Wilsonart will reserve the right to determine what remedy is required - repair and/or replacement of worktops.
Wilsonart reserves the right to request proof of date and place of purchase to support any claim under this guarantee.
